One cobot is used for loading and unloading for four laser cutting machines at the same time. The four cutting machines are placed in pairs, and a 7-axis guide rail is used in the middle to realize the motion of the cobot between the machines for picking and placing materials. A vision camera can be integrated to the cobot to realize the positioning for picking and placing products as the required unloading precision of the laser cutting machine is about 0.1 mm.
